Live Loud Rituals is the 28-day aftercare programme of the Live Loud Ritual, offered by Stichting Garage2020 / Feelee. Whatever you need help with, a question about the programme, a problem with your account, or something you saw in the Fanatics that should not be there, you can always reach a real person here.
Reports of inappropriate content are reviewed by a human moderator within two working days. That is our commitment. If we remove content or act on your report, you do not have to do anything else.

Report inappropriate content or behaviour
The Fanatics is a shared space and we keep it safe together. There are three ways to flag something:
- In the app: tap the options button on any post or reply and choose Report. The report goes straight to our moderators.
- Block a member: choose Block this person in the same menu. Their topics and replies disappear from your feed straight away. Blocking is your own filter: it hides them from you, and it does not notify them. If they are bothering you, report them too, then a moderator can mute or ban the account.
- By e-mail: mail levi@garage2020.nl with the subject Fanatics report. Tell us what you saw and, if you can, the title of the topic and roughly when it was posted.
Every report is read by a human moderator within two working days. Depending on what we find, we remove the content, mute the account temporarily, or ban it permanently. See the community rules for what is and is not allowed. We never tell the reported member who reported them.
Privacy and your data
Questions about your personal data, or a request for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your data: mail levi@garage2020.nl. We respond within one month, as required by the GDPR. Full details are in our privacy policy.
You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app, under Profile, and that removes everything at once. Do not have the app installed any more? Use the account deletion page.
Need help right now
This app is not a crisis service and we cannot monitor messages in real time. If you are thinking about suicide or you are worried about someone else, talk to someone now:

- Emergency: call 112 if there is immediate danger.
- Outside the Netherlands: contact your local emergency number or crisis line.

The app is built and maintained by an external development partner on behalf of Stichting Garage2020 / Feelee. Technical issues can be reported through the support e-mail above; they are passed on for you.
