Community Rules
The Fanatics is the forum inside Live Loud Rituals. It exists for one reason: so that people walking the same 28 days can support each other. By posting, replying or reading in the Fanatics you accept the rules on this page. They apply to everyone, including moderators.
Zero tolerance. Hateful, threatening, sexually explicit and harassing content has no place here. Content like that is removed as soon as we see it, and the account behind it can be muted or banned immediately, without a warning first.
Absolutely not allowed
- Hate: insults, slurs or contempt aimed at someone's ethnicity, skin colour, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or mental health.
- Threats and violence: threatening anyone, wishing harm on anyone, or encouraging violence or self-harm.
- Sexually explicit content: pornographic or graphic sexual descriptions, sexual advances, and anything at all that sexualises minors.
- Harassment and intimidation: following someone around the forum, repeated unwanted contact, pile-ons, shaming, or pressuring someone who asked you to stop.
- Exposing other people: sharing names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, socials or any other detail that identifies a member, and taking what someone shared in the Fanatics outside of it.
- Drugs and harmful advice: offering, selling or sourcing drugs, or promoting behaviour that puts someone's health at risk.
- Spam and misuse: advertising, links to commercial or unsafe sites, recruiting for other services, impersonating someone else or pretending to be a moderator.
- Anything illegal under Dutch law.
What we do expect
- Speak from your own experience. You do not have to agree with everyone, but keep it respectful.
- Respect anonymity. Most members post as "Anonymous participant" on purpose. Do not ask anyone to reveal who they are.
- What is shared between fanatics stays between fanatics.
- No medical or psychological advice. Share what helped you, not what someone else should do or stop doing.
- Worried about someone? Report the post instead of handling it alone. If there is immediate danger, call 112.
What happens if you break the rules
We use the lightest measure that fits, but we do not hesitate to go straight to the heaviest one when the situation calls for it:
- Removal: the post or reply disappears from the Fanatics. We tell you which rule it broke, so you know where the line is. You can always take your own posts down yourself, through the options menu on your post.
- Mute: your account keeps working and you can keep following the programme, but you cannot post or reply for a set period.
- Ban: your account is permanently blocked from the Fanatics community. Your topics and replies disappear for everyone and you cannot post again. Repeat offences, and any zero tolerance violation, lead here.
- Reporting to the authorities: with credible threats, sexual content involving minors or other serious crimes we contact the police, and we keep the evidence needed to do so.
Think a decision was wrong? Mail levi@garage2020.nl and a moderator will look at it again.
How we enforce this
- Blocklist: a small list of slurs and abusive words is checked the moment you press post. If your text matches, the post is refused right away and you get the chance to rewrite it. Nothing is stored and nobody is warned.
- Crisis words: posts are also checked for crisis-related words. That never blocks or punishes you. The post stays visible, a moderator sees it at the top of their queue, and you are shown a referral to 113 Suicide Prevention.
- Reporting: every post and reply has a Report option. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator within two working days.
- What moderators can see: everything you post in the Fanatics, plus reported and flagged content. They cannot see your ritual notes.
- Blocking: you can block any member yourself with Block this person. Their topics and replies disappear from your feed immediately, and you never need our permission to do it. Blocking is your own filter: it hides them from you, it does not tell them anything and it does not hide you from them. If someone is bothering you, report them as well, then a moderator can act.

Using the app
- The programme is meant for participants of the Live Loud Ritual and is offered free of charge by Stichting Garage2020 / Feelee.
- Your account is personal. Do not share your login, and do not create a new account to get around a mute or a ban.
- You need to be at least 16 to create an account yourself. Are you younger? Ask a parent or guardian to mail us.
- You keep the rights to what you write. By posting in the Fanatics you give us permission to show it to other members in the app, and to remove or anonymise it for moderation or on your request.
- Live Loud Rituals is aftercare and self-help, not treatment. It does not replace a doctor, a therapist or emergency care.
- We do our best to keep the app available and correct, but we offer it as it is. We are not liable for damage resulting from use of the app, except where Dutch law does not allow that limitation.
- We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we can end or change the programme. Dutch law applies.
Changes
If these rules change, we update this page and the date above. Significant changes are announced in the app.
